EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or Tapping, is a simple yet remarkable healing system that reduces the stress that underlies much disease and anxiety. It has proven itself successful in many scientific studies. It works on a variety of health issues, psychological problems, and performance issues, even those that have been resistant to other methods. It can be learned and applied rapidly, which has contributed to its popularity among millions of people.

EFT is being used clinically, with remarkable success, on people suffering from severe trauma such as: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), traumatic child sexual & physical abuse.

Using EFT for Weight Management - Why does it often work where nothing else will?

EFT provides three remarkable benefits for weight management that sets it apart from other methods:

Benefit #1 - EFT Can Reduce or Eliminate Your Immediate Cravings: Using EFT for 1 or 2 minutes can arrest your cravings in an estimated 80% of the cases. Thus, you may no longer need to "eat when you are not hungry." This feature surprises most newcomers.

EFT has been evaluated in several scientific studies of food cravings and weight management, and has been found to help people with emotional overeating and cravings. In one study published in the peer-reviewed journal (Integrative Medicine), EFT reduced cravings by 83%.
